Our Hospice Philosophy
Hospice is a care provided to patients with a life-limiting illness who have chosen a palliative approach of care. The philosophy of hospice care focuses on the patients' quality of life by allowing them to remain pain free, relaxed and comfortable while being surrounded by their loved ones. Living Will
A living will (also known as an Advance Health Care Directive) is a document that tells your doctor or other medical staff about your wishes for life-sustaining treatment including artificially administering nutrition and hydration when you are not able to make decisions for yourself.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide quality care that meets the physical emotional, social, and spiritual needs of terminally ill patients and their families. We strive to enable terminally ill patients to experience comfort and death with dignity as they choose, whether at home, in the hospital, or at an extended care facility. We offer bereavement care for families of terminally ill patients. We provide education, information, and support services in terminal care and related cases for health care professionals as well as the community at large.
